An interaction was held between Police department and the Industrialists at Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) Complex, Focal Point, Ludhiana to welcome Sh. Kuldeep Singh Chahal, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana who has joined recently, Smt. Saumya Mishra, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police Zone 1 & 3, Ludhiana (City), Sh. Jaskiranjit Singh Teja, PPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone 2 & 4, Ludhiana (Rural), Sh. Varinder Singh Brar, PPS, DCP - Traffic – Ludhiana, Sh. Jatinder Singh, PPS, ACP - Industrial Area – A, Ludhiana and Sh. Amandeep Brar (Insp.), SHO - Focal Point, Ludhiana
Mr. Neeraj Satija mentioned about the support extended to police by the Police Public Foundation.
Sh. Upkar Singh Ahuja, President CICU highlights the various points related to the Police department. Sh. Upkar Singh mentioned about providing Arm License to industrialists and securities of Industrialist on the outskirts of the City and using Digital Cameras and AI to nab culprits in the focal point area.
President of various associations interacted with the department and highlighted various issues like Parking of Trollas on the Road, theft, in focal points, encroachment on roads, snatching etc.
Sh. Kuldeep Singh Chahal , CP assures in his remarks the Industrialist that police will take all required measures for security and safety of trade and commerce in the city. Patrolling will be increased and junior police person will be trained proper with the inhabitants. He assured entries and exit put cameras.
