State level Gandhi Shilp Bazar from Mar 2nd, artisans from all over India to participate

SS Memorial Educational Society, Chamkaur Sahib, District Ropar is organizing State level event Gandhi Shilp Bazar from 2nd March to 11th March 2024 at Welcome Palace, Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana. This mela is under the project of Government of India, Ministry of Textiles, Office of Development Commissioner (Handicraft). In this event, Handicraft artisans from all over India will participate to demonstrate and sell their products having Id cards of the Ministry of Textiles. The artisans attending the event will be provided stalls free of cost and also TA & DA for the days of their stay. The mela will be inaugurated by IRS Vikas Kumar, Principal Commissioner, Central Goods and Service Tax Commissionerate, Ludhiana on March 3rd (Sunday) at 5:00 P.M. The ceremony will be presided over by Rajat Verma, Senior. Assistant Director, O/o Development Commissioner (Handicraft), Hoshiarpur. Advocate NK Thaman, renowned GST & tax specialist will be a special guest for the occasion. All stakeholders have been requested by authorities to be part of this event.
