In a latest action Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids under the provisions of FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) 1999 at the business premises of M/s Unnati Forex Private Limited (UFPL) & M/s Signature Forex and Allied Services Private Limited (SFASPL) at various locations including Delhi, Gurugram and Jalandhar. During the search operations conducted by agency, foreign currency equivalent to Rs. 1.34 Crore and Indian Currency of Rs. 10.14 lakhs, various incriminating documents and digital devices have been seized.
